Use the process
The soft gelatin encapsulation line is suitable for filling the prepared liquid into two rows of gelatin film, under the influence of a pair of relative moving mould, after compression, it forms soft gelatin capsules or spheres of diverse sizes, shapes and hues. The utility model comprises a compression system, a gelatin melting system, a raw material compounding system, a molding drying system, a cleaning system, a recycling system, etc.. During the compression and molding of gelatin, it can be shaped in a sealed chamber to prevent drug oxidation. All material contact components are fabricated from SS316L to meet the requirements of the "GMP" standard.
